RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - WEDNESDAY 15 FEBRUARY 2006                  
Shareholders are advised that all the ordinary resolutions and the special      
resolution were duly passed by the requisite majority votes.   The special      
resolution granting a general authority to the directors to repurchase the      
company"s shares was adopted and will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies 
in due course.
