RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                               
At the annual general meeting of shareholders of the company held on Thursday 09
February 2006, the requisite majority of shareholders approved all the special  
and ordinary resolutions proposed in the notice to shareholders, dated 09       
November 2005, contained in the 2005 Annual Report.                             
The special resolutions will be lodged for registration with CIPRO in due       
course.
