Posting of Sekunjalo"s annual report and annual general meeting                 
In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,       
shareholders are advised as follows:                                            
Annual report                                                                   
Further to Sekunjalo"s audited results for the year ended 31 August 2005,       
published on 2 December 2005, the annual report was posted to shareholders on   
Friday, 3 February 2006. The annual report contains no modifications to the     
aforementioned published audited results.                                       
Annual general meeting                                                          
The annual general meeting of the members of Sekunjalo will be held at 15h00 on 
Monday, 27 February 2006 at Block F, The Terraces, Steenberg Office Park, Tokai,
Cape Town to transact the business as stated in the notice of the annual general
meeting forming part of the annual report.
