RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING                                                      
At the general meeting of Assore shareholders held on Wednesday, 1 February 2006
to consider the acquisition of 15.02% of the issued ordinary share capital of   
Assore by two black economic empowerment entities, namely Shanduka Resources and
a broad-based community trust, all of the ordinary and special resolutions      
tabled at the general meeting were approved by the requisite majorities of votes
by Assore shareholders.                                                         
The special resolutions will be lodged for registration with the Registrar of   
Companies in due course.
