behalf of Ameriprise Financial, Inc and its Group, of a notifiable interest in  
15,228,022 shares of US$1 each of the Company (equating to 10.71% of the issued 
share capital) in accordance with Section 198 (as amended) of the Companies Act 
1985.                                                                           
Threadneedle is interested in the shares comprised in this notification by      
virtue of its role as a fund manager.
