NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                        
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
30 September 2005 will be available on our website today and will be dispatched 
to shareholders on Wednesday, 7 December 2005.                                  
Afrox published audited results on the Securities Exchange News Service on      
Thursday, 3 November 2005 and therefore no abridged report is being published at
this time.                                                                      
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders will be  
held at the registered office, Afrox House, 23 Webber Street, Selby,            
Johannesburg, South Africa on Tuesday, 28 February 2006 at 09:00 to transact the
business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of  
the annual financial statements.
