TRADING STATEMENT                                                               
In terms of the JSE Limited ("the JSE") Listings Requirements, companies are    
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are reasonably certain  
that the financial results for the current reporting period will be more than   
20% different than that of the prior comparative period.                        
In light of the above, Sekunjalo expects to announce earnings per share that    
will be 475% to 495% higher than that of the prior comparative period and       
headline earnings that will be 70% to 88% higher than that of the prior         
comparative period.                                                             
Shareholders are advised that the above information has not been reviewed or    
reported on by the Company"s auditors and that the Company"s results for the    
year ended 31 August 2005 are expected to be published on the JSE Securities    
Exchange News Service (SENS) later today and in the financial press on Friday 2 
December 2005.
