CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                                
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,       
Cashbuild shareholders are informed that Mr Craig Daly has resigned as executive
director from the board of Cashbuild with effect from 31 December 2005 due to   
personal reasons.                                                               
The board of Cashbuild wishes Craig all the best for his future endeavours and  
extends their sincere appreciation for Craig"s valuable contributions to the    
success of Cashbuild.
