POSTING OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING     
Shareholders are advised that the Group"s Annual Financial Statements have been 
posted today (October 12  2005). There have been no material changes to the     
results published on August 22 2005.                                            
Shareholders are further advised that the annual general meeting of the Company 
will be held on Thursday November 3  2005 at 9:00 at the registered office of   
the Company, Bidvest House, 18 Crescent Drive, Melrose Arch.  The notice of the 
annual general meeting is posted together with the annual financial statements  
posted to shareholders today.
