Declared Capital Distribution Announcement On Aspen Pharmacare                  
Holdings Limited Enhanced Dividend Securities -                                 
("APNIDA")                                                                      
With reference to the Capital Distribution announcement dated                   
22 August 2005, the Directors of Aspen Pharmacare                               
Holdings Limited have declared a Capital Distribution of                        
48 cents per ordinary share payable on Monday, 14                               
November 2005 to ordinary shareholders recorded in the                          
books of the company at the close of business on Friday,                        
11 November 2005.                                                               
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend                       
Securities, APNIDA, will receive a Capital Distribution                         
of 48 cents per security payable on Monday, 14 November                         
2005.  The last day to trade ("cum" the capital                                 
distribution) in order to participate in the capital                            
distribution will be Friday, 4 November 2005.                                   
APNIDA Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex"                  
the capital distribution from the commencement of                               
business on Monday, 7 November 2005, and the record date                        
will be Friday 11 November 2005.
