Sekunjalo expands its presence in Financial Services and Acquires Cynthesys and 
The African Investment Group                                                    
Sekunjalo Investments Limited, the diversified investment holding company, has  
acquired majority stakes in Cynthesys, a business consultancy, and the African  
Investment Group, an investment and risk management consultancy, as part of its 
strategic thrust into financial services. Mr Norman Noland, the Executive Deputy
Chairman of SEKUNJALO CAPITAL (PTY) LTD, the fast growing Financial Services    
subsidiary of SEKUNJALO INVESTMENTS LIMITED, says that he is extremely excited  
by these transactions as the addition of significant intellectual capital within
these companies will assist Sekunjalo Capital in growing its businesses and in  
expanding into other regions in Africa.                                         
Cynthesys                                                                       
Cynthesys was formed in 1999 as a South African alternative to the international
blue-chip consulting firms. The company focuses on strategy (development and    
implementation); business transformation and business optimization; human       
capital development; and IT Solutions. Over the past six years the company has  
also built a solid track record and a portfolio of blue-chip clients. Cynthesys 
is widely regarded as one of the best and most skilled independent consulting   
firms in South Africa.                                                          
The acquisitions have been structured to include profit warranties over 2 years.
The company has also been built on an empowerment philosophy. In addition to a  
majority black shareholding, a cornerstone of the company"s approach is the     
empowerment of clients through the transfer of skills. In both 2003/04 and      
2004/05 Cynthesys was rated as one of the Impumelelo Top 300 Empowerment        
companies in SA. The Cynthesys team will be deployed within Sekunjalo Capital   
and will support the fast growing subsidiary through strategy implementation and
interim management capabilities. In addition the acquisition of Cynthesys will  
enhance Sekunjalo Capital"s ability to assist other empowerment organisations   
with their growth and acquisition strategies.                                   
African Investment Group                                                        
The African Investment Group was established in 2003 in order to assist South   
African and foreign investors with their entry and expansion into the continent.

capital inflows in the tens of billions of dollars in the next decade. The
