SEKUNJALO INVESTMENTS LIMITED ANNOUNCES THEIR UNAUDITED INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE 
SIX MONTH PERIOD ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2005                                         
Sekunjalo Investments Limited for the first 6 months of the financial year has  
produced a lower than expected performance.  However, Sekunjalo"s Chief         
Executive, Dr Iqbal Surve, has indicated that these results are not a reflection
on the expected full year earnings.  "Sekunjalo expects earnings for the year   
ending 31 August 2005 will be improved in comparison to that of the prior       
financial year.                                                                 
Dr Iqbal Surve, has also said that the reason for the lower expected interim    
results is mainly due to the impact of the pelagic operations in Premier Fishing
having been unable to fish for a period of four months owing to the resource    
stocks unavailability.  This had resulted in an abnormally high fixed cost for  
the pelagic operations during this period.   Dr Surve says that since February  
however, Premier Fishing is on track to catch its allocated quota.              
Dr Surve has stated that the group"s businesses in health care, pharmaceuticals,
information technology and financial services are expected to contribute        
strongly to the earnings for the year ending 31 August 2005.                    
Sekunjalo"s Chief Executive states that the group is in an acquisitive phase    
which will allow it to build up critical mass in sectors which include financial
services, healthcare, information technology and industrials.  The group"s      
prospects for the year ending 31 August 2005 are excellent and shareholders can 
look forward to a year of significant acquisitive growth.
