Withdrawal of cautionary announcement                                           
Further to the cautionary announcements the first of which was dated 5 July     
2004, and the last of which was dated 23 March 2005 advising shareholders that  
Yorkcor had reached agreement in principle to acquire a forestry asset. It has  
been decided to discontinue these negotiations and to pursue other              
opportunities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised that it is no longer       
necessary to exercise caution in dealing in their shares.
