Shareholders are advised that at their interim results presentations figures    
were mentioned for Cashbuild"s increased turnover for the 3rd quarter. This will
be approximately 40% higher than that of the prior comparative period. A full   
trading statement is expected to be released on SENS on or about 27 May 2005.
