DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF INTERIM RESULTS                                         
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 14 March     
2005, in which it was advised that the release of the financial results for the 
six months ended 31 December 2004 had been delayed, due to the delays           
experienced in the timely implementation of the new IT system.                  
As advised in the aforementioned announcement, the results for the six months   
ended 31 December 2004 are expected to be published on or about 26 April 2005   
which will avoid possible suspension by the JSE.
