CHANGE IN THE COMPANY SECRETARY                                                 
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE         
Securities Exchange South Africa, notification is hereby given that Guy Mottram 
has been appointed as Group Risk Officer for Group Five, and as such has        
resigned as Group Company Secretary. In view of the above, Andrea Isolde        
Townsend has been appointed as the new Group Company Secretary of Group Five.   
Both appointments have been made with immediate effect.
