TRADING STATEMENT                                                               
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Securities Exchange South      
Africa ("JSE") relating to trading statements, a listed company is required to  
publish a trading statement as soon as it becomes aware that the financial      
results for the next period to be reported on will show a difference of 20% or  
more from those of the previous corresponding period.                           
Nu-World is expecting an increase of between 30% and 40% in earnings per share  
and headline earnings per share for the interim period ended 28 February 2005   
("the interim results") compared to that of the previous comparative period.    
The information in this trading statement has not been reviewed or reported on  
by Nu-World"s auditors.                                                         
The release of the interim results announcement is expected to be published on  
or about 6 May 2005.
