Further Cautionary Announcement                                                 
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 15 February 2005,
in which it was announced that the company had commenced its BEE ownership      
initiatives and was currently engaged in discussions with various parties in    
this regard.  Shareholders are advised that the company is still involved in the
aforementioned discussions and accordingly are advised to continue to exercise  
caution when trading in the company"s shares until a further announcement has   
been made.
