Further to the cautionary announcements dated 5 July 2004, 1 September 2004, 2  
November 2004 and 13 January 2005 advising shareholders that Yorkcor had reached
agreement-in-principle to acquire a forestry asset in line with management"s    
growth strategy, shareholders are advised that negotiations are still in        
progress.  Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution 
when dealing in the company"s securities until a full announcement is made.
