TRANS HEX AND EPIA MINERALS (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED CONCLUDE AGREEMENT WITH NAMDEB
DIAMOND CORPORATION (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED                                       
Trans Hex reported in November 2004 that it had concluded an agreement with     
Namibian empowerment company, Epia Minerals (Propietary) Limited ("Epia"), to   
jointly pursue various opportunities in Namibia.                                
Trans Hex is pleased to announce that Epia has concluded a renewable one year   
contract with Namdeb Diamond Corporation (Propietary) Limited ("Namdeb"),       
whereby Epia will conduct marine exploration and mining activities for Namdeb on
certain of their Namibian marine concessions. Trans Hex will, in terms of its   
agreement with Epia, provide and operate its two marine mining vessels, mv Ivan 
Prinsep and mv Namakwa, in order to assist Epia in meeting its contract         
obligations with Namdeb.

for us to develop our strategic partnership with Epia and that we are able to   
assist our Namibian partners in the exploitation of Namibian mineral assets and 
with the transfer of skills to Namibians" noted Trans Hex"s Managing Director,
