TRADING UPDATE                                                                  
PSG Group hereby advises that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the  
headline earnings per share for the 12 months ended 28 February 2005 will be 20%
to 40% above the comparable headline earnings per share for the 12 months ended 
29 February 2004. This financial information has not been reviewed and reported 
on by the auditors of PSG Group. The results for the 12 months ended 28 February
2005 are expected to be published on or about 18 April 2005.
