NOTICE OF AGM AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT                                           
Trematon posted its audited annual financial statements for the financial year  
ended 31 August 2004 to shareholders on 31 January 2005.  The Company is not    
publishing an abridged report at this date because the reviewed financial       
information published on 16 November 2004 is unchanged.                         
Notice is hereby given that the 7th Annual General Meeting of Trematon will be  
held at the registered office of the Company, Manor House, 14 Nuttall Gardens,  
Morningside, Durban at 11h30 on Friday, 25 February 2005, to transact the       
business as set out in the notice of annual general meeting circulated together 
with the annual financial statements.
