Frankfurt, its parent company, that Deutsche Bank AG and its subsidiary         
companies has a notifiable interest in 5,848,734 ordinary shares of US$1 each of
the Company (representing 4.13 per cent of the issued share capital).  Part of  
this holding may relate to hedging arrangements for customer transactions.
