NOTICE OF AGM AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT                                           
Oceana"s Annual Report containing its audited annual financial statements for   
the financial year ended 30 September 2004 was posted to shareholders on 23     
December 2004.                                                                  
Shareholders are referred to the Audited Group Results announcement for the year
ended 30 September 2004 published on 11 November 2004.  There were no changes to
the results published in that announcement and those contained in the Annual    
Report.                                                                         
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Oceana shareholders   
will be held on the 16th Floor, Metropolitan Centre, 7 Coen Steytler Avenue, on 
Friday, 04 February 2005 at 14:00 to transact business as stated in the notice  
of the annual general meeting circulated together with the annual financial     
statements.
