Linked unitholders are advised that the statutory annual financial statements   
for Redefine were dispatched 23 November 2004 and contain no modifications from 
the audited results for the year ended 31 August 2004 which were published on   
SENS on 4 October 2004 (the "provisional results").                             
Accordingly, Redefine will not publish abridged financial results as the        
information is unchanged from the provisional results already published.
