Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of ordinary shareholders 
will be held in the Petmin boardroom, First Floor, Parc Noveau, 225 Veale       
Street, Brooklyn, Pretoria on Wednesday 12 January 2005 at 10h00 to transact the
business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the     
annual financial statements.
