Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
30 September 2004 will be dispatched to shareholders on or about 13 December    
2004 and contain no modifications to the audited results which were published on
28 October 2004.                                                                
The audited results of Afrox as referred to above and the annual financial      
statements were audited by Afrox"s auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. and    
their report is available for inspection at Afrox"s registered office.          
Notice is hereby given that the 77th annual general meeting of Afrox            
shareholders will be held in the boardroom at Afrox House, 23 Webber Street,    
Selby, Johannesburg on 24 February 2005 at 09h00 to transact businesses as      
stated on the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the annual   
financial statements.
