With reference to the SENS announcement dated 16 November 2004 and in compliance
with the requirements of rule 3.59(a) of the JSE Listings Requirements, the     
Board of Network is pleased to announce the following appointments to the Board 
of Directors with effect from 1 December 2004 -                                 
Dr Victor Letsoejane Joseph Litlhakanyane, MBChB, M Med (Radiotherapy), MBA has 
been appointed as an Executive Director of Network Healthcare Holdings Limited  
with effect from 1 December 2004.                                               
Professor Malcolm Barry Kistnasamy, MBChB (Natal), M Med (Community Health)     
(Natal), has been appointed as a non-Executive Director of Network Healthcare   
Holdings Limited with effect from 1 December 2004.
