CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                               
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Securities    
Exchange South Africa, shareholders are advised of the following changes to the 
board of directors:                                                             
Resignation:                                                                    
Mr Frederick Pretorius has resigned from the board with effect from 26 November 
2004 as he will be retiring from the group on the 31st December 2004. The Board 
thanks Mr Pretorius for this dedication and commitment.                         
New Appointment:                                                                
Mr. John Storom has been appointed as an executive director with effect from 26 
November 2004. Mr Storom is Chief Executive of MICROmega Revenue Management     
Services.
