with immediate effect.                                                          
Cyril (51) is currently Executive Chairman of Shanduka Group and he is non-     
executive chairman of Johnnic Holdings, MTN Group Limited, The Bidvest Group and
SASRIA.  He is the past Chairman of the Black Economic Empowerment Commission.  
His directorships include SABMiller plc, Macsteel Holdings, Alexander Forbes and
Medscheme Limited.
