In accordance with 3.59 of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa Listings    
Requirements, in respect of a change to the Board of Directors of a listed      
company, notification is given that Mr Colin Clarke has been appointed as an    
independent non-executive director with immediate effect.                       
Mr Clarke has had extensive experience in the property sector, having been      
Property Director at Pick `n Pay Group for 19 years.  Mr Clarke is a CA(SA) and 
has a C.T.A from the University of Natal.
