RESULT OF GENERAL MEETINGS                                                      
Linked unitholders are advised that at the respective general meetings of linked
unitholders of Redefine held on Monday, 11 October 2004, all of the resolutions 
required to approve and implement the:                                          
-    related party acquisition of the property letting business known as        
Alexander Forbes building located at 90 Rivonia Road, Sandton;             
-    odd-lot offer; and                                                         
-    change in the trustee                                                      
were approved by 99.99% of linked unitholders.                                  
Accordingly as all the conditions precedent to which the above matters were     
subject have been fulfilled, they will be duly implemented.
