In compliance with the requirements of rule 3.59(b) of the JSE Listings         
Requirements, Network Healthcare Holdings Limited advises herewith that Dr      
Constantine (Sam) Rossolimos has resigned his position as Executive Director of 
Network Healthcare Holdings Limited with effect from 30 September 2004, to      
pursue his interests in the field of education.                                 
Dr Rossolimos has had a long and illustrious career in the Healthcare industry  
with the commencement and development of the Excel Medical Holdings Group and   
made a significant contribution to the growth of Netcare after its acquisition  
of Excel.  The Board of Directors thanks Dr Rossolimos for his years of service 
and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
