DIRECTOR"S DEALING IN SECURITIES                                                
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 25 March 2004 wherein it was
disclosed that Mr Nhleko entered into a derivative transaction in terms of which
he sold 395 000 call options to a financial institution. The sale price per call
option was R22.51 and the strike price is R9.31.                                
In compliance with paragraph 3.63 - 3.74 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa, shareholders are advised that all of the call 
options have been exercised.                                                    
Prior written approval for this transaction was obtained.
