following parties no longer have notifiable interests in ordinary shares of US$1
each of the Company in accordance with Sections 198-202 (as amended) of the     
Companies Act 1985.

subsidiaries or Mr. Edward C. Johnson 3d acted as a group or in concert in      
respect of the interests which have ceased to be notifiable.
