Audited results                                                                 
Further to the Company"s audited results for the year ended 31 March 2004,      
shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements have been         
distributed to shareholders on 30 June 2004 and contain no modifications to the 
audited results which were published on SENS on 25 May 2004.                    
The audited results of the Company as referred to above and the annual financial
statements were audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers. Their report is available for
inspection at the Company"s registered office.                                  
Notice of the annual general meeting                                            
Notice is hereby given that the twenty-fourth annual general meeting of the     
Company"s shareholders will be held at the Company"s registered office, 405     
Voortrekker Road, Parow, Cape Town on 6 August 2004 at 16:00 to transact        
businesses as stated on the notice of annual general meeting forming part of the
annual financial statements.
