Companies Act 1985 by AEGON Asset Management UK plc that the AEGON UK plc Group 
of Companies has a notifiable interest in 5,594,615 ordinary shares of US$1 each
of the Company amounting to 3.95% of the issued capital in this class and       
registered in the name of Chase Nominees Limited.                               
For the purposes of the foregoing notification the "AEGON UK plc Group of       
Companies" means Scottish Equitable plc, Scottish Equitable (Managed Funds)     
Limited, AEGON Fund Management UK Ltd, AEGON Investment Management UK Ltd, AEGON
Asset Management UK plc, Scottish Equitable Trustees Limited, Guardian Assurance
plc, Guardian Linked Life Assurance Limited, Guardian Pensions Management
