board of directors of the company, which took effect on 5 May 2004.             
-  Mr Warren Clewlow, Chairman of Barloworld Limited, retired as chairman of the
company, but remains on the board as a non-executive director                   
-  Mr Tony Phillips, Chief Executive Officer of Barloworld Limited, and a non-  
executive director of the company, was appointed chairman                       
-  Mr Clive Thomson, Finance Director of Barloworld Limited, was appointed as a 
non-executive director of the company.
