on SENS on 19 March 2004 regarding grant of options by the Trustees of the      
Murray & Roberts Trust in terms of the MRH Employee Share Incentive Scheme ("the
Scheme") on 15 March 2004, at a strike price of R13,04 per share being the

acceptance in terms of the Scheme of the normal grants on 1 565 000 shares as
