the Company, that he was notified on 31 March 2004 by his Personal Equity Plan  
administrators that he had become interested in 30 additional Ordinary Shares of
US$1 each fully paid in Lonmin Plc. The shares were acquired on 31 March 2004 at
a price of 1,148.0000p per share.
