RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING REGARDING THE CHANGE OF NAME TO FAMOUS BRANDS LIMITED
("THE NAME CHANGE")                                                             
Java Capital is authorised to announce the results of the general meeting of    
shareholders of Steers Holdings, held on 16 March 2004, convened in terms of the
notice of meeting contained in the Steers Holdings" circular issued on 19       
February 2004 ("the circular").                                                 
Shareholders representing 75,13% of Steers Holdings shares in issue attended the
shareholders meeting (in person or by proxy) and unanimously voted in favour of 
the name change.                                                                
Accordingly, the name change is now unconditional and will take place on Monday,
29 March 2004. Shareholders are referred to the circular and the announcement   
made on 11 February 2004 for the other salient dates and times of the name      
change.
