Lonmin Plc has today received notification from Mr J R B Phillimore, a Director 
of the Company, that he was notified on 2 March 2004 that, pursuant to his      
participation in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan of Lonmin Plc, on 16 February   
2004 a cash dividend to which he was entitled was invested on his behalf in 50  
Ordinary Shares of US$1 each fully paid in Lonmin Plc, at a price of            
GBP11.797663 per share.
