Financial Statements                                                            
Shareholders are advised that the Annual Financial Statements for the year ended
31 August 2003 were posted to shareholders on 5 February 2004 and contain no    
modifications to the preliminary results which were published on 28 November    
2003. The Annual Financial Statements were audited by Trematon"s auditors, KPMG 
Inc, and their report is available for inspection at Trematon"s registered      
office.                                                                         
Notice of the Annual General Meeting                                            
Notice is hereby given that the Sixth Annual General Meeting of Trematon        
shareholders will be held in the boardroom of Trematon Capital Investments      
Limited, Manor House, 14 Nuttall Gardens, Morningside, Durban on Friday, 27     
February 2004, at 11:30am to transact business as stated in the notice of the   
Annual General Meeting, which was issued together with the Annual Report        
containing the Annual Financial Statements of Trematon for the year ended 31    
August 2003.
