751 linked units ("additional linked units") in Redefine as a consequence of the
Corpcapital Limited distribution in specie. These additional linked units as    
well as the 1 649 579 linked units received (as published on 17 February 2004), 
totaling 3 425 330 Redefine linked units, are held on an indirect, non-         
beneficially basis.
