RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                           
Members are advised that, at the annual general meeting held at Sekunjalo"s     
offices on Friday, 6 February 2004, all the resolutions contained in the notice 
of annual general meeting were passed unanimously.                              
RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING                                                  
Members are advised that, at the general meeting held at Sekunjalo"s offices on 
Friday, 6 February 2004, the ordinary resolutions proposing:                    
- the increase by Sekunjalo Fishing (Proprietary) Limited, a wholly owned       
subsidiary of Sekunjalo, of its shareholding in Sekfish Investments             
(Proprietary) Limited, the holding company of Premier Fishing SA (Proprietary)  
Limited, from 70% to 100%, complete details of which are set out in the circular
to Sekunjalo shareholders dated Monday, 5 January 2004;                         
- were passed by the requisite majority of Sekunjalo shareholders present at the
general meeting or represented by proxy.
