following information is disclosed with effect fom 30 January 2004:             
Mr Hilton Chapman has resigned from the board of directors of Petmin;           
Mr E de V Greyling has been appointed to the board of diectors;                 
Mr Jabulani Mabena has been appointed to the board of directors;                
Ms Lebo Mogotsi has been appointed to the board of directors;                   
Mr Dawie Warmenhoven has been appointed to the board of directors.              
D H W Secretarial Services (Pty) Ltd have resigned as Company Secretary and have
been replaced by River Sponsors (Pty) Ltd.
