RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY                                
In accordance with section 3.59 of the listings requirements of the JSE         
Securities Exchange SA, shareholders are advised that, Mr MG Rowell has resigned
as company secretary of Afrox and Ahealth, and Ms ME Sanz has been appointed    
with immediate effect. Mr MG Rowell will, however, be continuing within the     
group in a different capacity.
