NOTICE is hereby given that preference dividend No 115 of 5,5 (five comma five) 
cents per share each, has been declared in respect of the six months ended 31   
December 2003.                                                                  
The last date to trade in order to be eligible for the dividend will be Friday  
23 January 2004.                                                                
Shares will trade ex dividend from Monday 26 January 2004.                      
The record date will be Friday 30 January 2004 and payment will be made on      
Monday 2 February 2004.                                                         
Share certificates may not be dematerialised / rematerialised between Monday 26 
January 2004 and Friday 30 January 2004, both days inclusive.
