RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND GENERAL MEETING                           
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of DAWN            
shareholders held at the registered office of DAWN at 10:00 on 12 December 2003 
("annual general meeting"), all the resolutions were passed by the requisite    
majority of shareholders present and voting at the annual general meeting.      
The special resolution will be submitted for registration at the Registrar of   
Companies in due course.                                                        
Shareholders are further advised that, at the general meeting held at the       
registered office of DAWN at 10:30 on Friday, 12 December 2003 ("general        
meeting"), the ordinary resolution regarding a payment to DAWN shareholders of 4
cents per DAWN ordinary share in the form of a share premium distribution ("the 
share premium distribution") was passed by the requisite majority of DAWN       
shareholders present and voting at the general meeting.                         
The important dates of the share premium distribution are set out below:
