BIDVEST ANNOUNCES NEW BOARD APPOINTMENTS                                        
Following the recent acquisition by Dinatla of 45 million Bidvest shares (15% of
the issued share capital), Bidvest is pleased to announce the appointment of    
Bernadette Moffat, Alfred da Costa and Mathabo Kunene as non-executive directors
to the Bidvest Board.                                                           
Peter-Paul Ngwenya and Lara Matisonn have resigned from the Board.              
Tania Slabbert and Lebogang Mokoena are appointed as alternate directors.
